Ted Sipila specializes in apartment and investment sales, and provides investment analysis, brokerage and consulting services. He has worked for the Tacoma office of Kidder Mathews since 1992. Prior to his association with Kidder Mathews, he was a commercial property manager for Pacific Cities, Inc., in Tacoma, Washington. Ted received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Washington with concentrations in marketing and finance.

Austin Kelley joined Kidder Mathews in 2017, specializing in multifamily and investment sales for both South King County and Pierce County. In partnership with Ted Sipila, CCIM, they have sold $80+ million in assets this year. Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Austin prioritizes client satisfaction, while bringing extensive market knowledge and local strategy to the table. Austin is a standout in Pierce County for his focus and drive, always informing clients of his findings in new, up-and-coming areas in Puget Sound.
